Exchanges and Returns

Should there be a problem with manufacture of product or damage in shipment  of one of our products- please photograph it and send with relevant information to support@citylineapparel.com. We will then contact you with further information.

Sizes-

Should you have a problem with size after receipt of one of our products- please reference the size charts on each product that you purchased- and let us know what size you now need. We have no inventory in stock to replace it- as we print each order on demand after receiving order- so it can take up  to 10 days to receive a newly printed product and size.  Send us you street mailing address for the

New product to  support@citylineapparel.com and we will in turn send you an address to mail the wrong size product to.

Production and Delivery

Typically production and delivery requires approximately 7 days. Expedited shipping is normally available for an additional charge. Plan ahead for the holidays by placing your orders no later than December 10 for standard shipping or December 15 for expedited shipping.
